I die spend now around 5,000 USD for a network in my house on Bali using all Unifi devices (DM SE, pro max PoE switches, 10 Gb aggregation switch, 9 cameras, UNVR and three Wifi AP). I already used one flex switch to add the last two cameras. The whole system works like a swiss clockwork. It is very easy to access the system from anywhere in the world and do set-ups or check for problems - which there have been only very few and very non-critical ones. The system runs now since over a year. The Unifi protect app makes the set-up and access of the security cameras easy like eating ice cream. I never regretted to have bought one of the most expensive systems in the market. Unifi just works! The only problem with Unifi is like with a lot of US companies. Their sales organization is garbage. You cannot order from their US website. Hence in Hong Kong you must accept whatever stuff is available on the Hin Kwong website. Their service though is extremely good. Their response is remarkably fast when you have questions. Their delivery is also with light speed. I normally try to get my unifi stuff from them. If they do not have it I try to buy via amazon USA, Germany or UK. So far that worked
