HinKwong's showroom and office are located at the following addresses:

• Kwun Tong Main Store: Room 1101, 11/F, Liven House, 61-63 King Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
• Sham Shui Po Branch: Shop 65, B/F, Golden Computer Arcade, 146-152 Fuk Wa Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon.

Our operating hours are as follows:

• Kwun Tong Main Store: Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm | Saturday: 9:30 am – 3:30 pm (Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays).
• Sham Shui Po Branch: Monday to Sunday: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm (Closed only during the Lunar New Year Holidays).

Our delivery service covers addresses across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.

• Exclusions: Remote areas such as the Outlying Islands, Lamma Island, and Cheung Chau are excluded.
• Outlying Islands: For these areas, customers can opt for SF Express (pay by receiver).

🛒 HinKwong Shopping Process Guide:

1. Register / Log In: Click "Register" or "Log In" at the top right corner to access your account for easier order tracking.
2. Select Products: Use the search bar or product categories to find your desired products, then click "Add to Cart".
   (Note: If marked as "Pre-order" or "Check Availability", please contact customer service before ordering.)
3. Checkout and Payment: Click the shopping cart to proceed to checkout, fill in the recipient's info and delivery address, and complete secure payment.
4. Order Confirmation: After payment, you will receive an order confirmation notification while you wait for shipment.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Online Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay, Tap & Go, PayMe (HSBC), FPS, and Bank Transfer. (Note: Platform handling fees may apply.)
• Offline Payment Methods: Cash (at store), ATM Deposit / Transfer, and Cheque. (Note: Cheque payments will be processed on the next working day.)

For in-stock items, delivery typically takes 1–3 working days. Our delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 18:00.

• Product Knowledge: Ensure you are familiar with product specifications before ordering. We do not accept cancellations or refunds due to incorrect selection or incompatibility.
• Manual Transfer: If paying via Bank Transfer, ATM, FPS, or PayMe, upload your receipt via WhatsApp or Email, and click "Confirm Order". We will verify before processing.
• Cheque: Orders are processed only after funds clear (typically the next business day).
• Surcharges: Payments via Credit Card or Digital Wallets are subject to a platform handling fee. In the event of a refund, this surcharge is non-refundable.
