This monitor arm is the best available on the market. It is easy to assemble, and very flexible to adjust the height, horizontal position, as well as tilt angle. It is perfect for use with the right size of monitor; and free up necessary space on the standing desk for work. This HX version can fit a Dell U4320Q very well and without any burden to move the 40lbs monitor around.
